Fixed Rate Notes : The Notes will bear interest at the Fixed Interest Rate (nominal annual compounded annually) equal to 12.5% per annum for the period from and including the Interest Commencement Date to but excluding the Redemption Date.
The Final Redemption Amount will be the aggregate Outstanding Principal Amount of this Tranche of Notes plus interest accrued to the Maturity Date.
